# The Long Drive

My story so far, as one road. Watch it as a short film, or take the wheel and drive it yourself.

## Age 11

I wrote my first program when I was 11.

Nobody taught me.

I broke things and read documentation until they worked again.

## Age 13

By 13 I was contracting and freelancing, mostly thanks to WordPress.

My first real sale was an automated WordPress store. A client paid me $500.

Over the next few years I built more than 25 systems for clients around the world.

## 2020 onward

In 2020 I found hackathons, and I haven't stopped since.

I built through the night in the offices of Google, Microsoft, Mastercard, Paytm, Devfolio, Anakin, DTU and GeeksforGeeks.

Six national titles along the way.

At CodeClash 2.0 we beat 1,200 teams with an AI that takes customer complaints over the phone.

## 2022, high school

In high school I was hooked on robotics.

I led the team that built DHISHTI: glasses that tell a blind person what's around them, through headphones.

This is the problem we were working on. Listen.

We fine-tuned a TensorFlow model and ran it on a Raspberry Pi and Arduino, wired together on a lab bench.

DHISHTI later went on to win the CBSE Robotics Competition.

## 2022, corporate

The same year I joined corporate.

SDE. Senior engineer. Founding engineer, three times over. Contractor and consultant. Now product manager and tech lead.

I helped companies as they grew to scale, taking products from 5,000 to more than 100,000 monthly users, and working on platforms that serve a million.

## Throughout, founder

Through all of it, I kept founding companies of my own.

Dyn8n. Adlivate. TechVisitora. WhatHacked.

I built them, ran them, closed them, and burned $15,000 along the way.

Each one taught me something no job could, mostly about what people will actually pay for.

## Throughout, open source

And I kept publishing what I built.

When a tool I rely on breaks, I fix it upstream: crashes, race conditions and broken builds.

Go. CloakBrowser. Nasiko. Nushell. Avo. Supabase. Crush. Cobra.

## Now, 2026

Now I'm a product manager and tech lead at Tvaram, in Bangalore.

Which mostly means deciding what's worth building before building it.

I study computer science at the University of London, with a specialisation in AI/ML.

And I keep taking new ideas to real users: testing them fast, and hyperscaling the ones that stick.

## After work

After work, it's sport. I skated to district level and played badminton to state level.

These days it's bodybuilding, which rewards the same thing shipping does: showing up every day.

The rest of the time I'm at a bench, wiring an ESP32 to see what it can do.

And I love driving.

I once drove 1,800 km (1,118 miles) in one stretch, without switching drivers.
