- Cut retrieval latency and raised accuracy by **10 to 15%** by tuning embedding chunk sizes and ingesting PDF, DOCX and web sources.
- Built a pipeline that tunes call-agent prompts from conversation analytics, so the agents improve on their own.
- Made payments more reliable across several gateways, with stronger security.

- Restructured its SEO and content, ranking **top 5 on Google and Bing** for target keywords.

- Built and ran **25+** web and backend systems for SaaS, e-commerce and content businesses.
