I joined corporate in 2022. Since then I've worked across roles: SDE, senior engineer, founding engineer three times over, contractor and consultant, and now product manager and tech lead. Across these teams I've helped products grow from 5,000 to more than 100,000 monthly users, and worked on platforms that serve a million.

   • Helped grow the platform from 5K to 25K monthly active users with an analytics stack, A/B tests and session replay.
   • Cut retrieval latency and raised accuracy by 10 to 15% by tuning embedding chunk sizes and ingesting PDF, DOCX and web sources.
   • Built a pipeline that tunes call-agent prompts from conversation analytics, so the agents improve on their own.
   • Made payments more reliable across several gateways, with stronger security.
   • Shipped custom voice and logistics workflows for B2B clients Exotel and BlueDart.

   • Cut server and database costs by 70% by moving to serverless and microservices.
   • Rebuilt a news platform on headless WordPress for speed and maintainability, and moved its hosting: 50% cheaper and 99.7% uptime.
   • Built real-time stock data feeds, analytics pipelines and interactive charts.
   • Built an internal dashboard on Supabase, Cloudflare Workers and GitHub Actions that raised engagement and conversions by 48%.
